PlanDelta: A Bulgarian product and an idea worth millions


The company received $2.4 million in funding from Crunchbase for the realization of its idea.


The idea for PlanDelta was born out of frustration with outdated and cumbersome financial systems, traditional approaches that hinder businesses with a lack of flexibility, fragmented data, and endless spreadsheet errors that turn strategic planning into a real torment for businesses.


PlanDelta changes the rules of the game with an intuitive and accessible solution for consolidation and financial analysis, which eliminates these problems, automates tedious tasks, and provides up-to-date financial insights in real time.

Our Task


PlanDelta approached the DGTalents team when expanding their business in the EMEA region with the help of LinkedIn advertising. The goal was to receive inquiries from potential clients for the implementation of their financial tool in companies within the target audience.

Our Work


We planned and executed the pilot advertising campaign on LinkedIn Ads, starting from the awareness stage, to introduce PlanDelta's tool to financial managers in selected markets and businesses within the EMEA region. Within 3 months, we progressed through the other stages of the marketing funnel to gradually move towards a warm audience, leads, and inquiries.

It was key for us to tell financial managers about the new solution that combines all the tools they use in their work. We demonstrated knowledge of their problems and pain points and presented a solution in the form of blog articles and client stories with current product users.

How Successful Was the Campaign?


Already at the B2B marketing campaign planning stage, we directed PlanDelta towards LinkedIn Ads as a channel that would allow them to invest their budget most effectively in advertisements targeting a very specific audience. Given that we knew exactly which companies and professionals (even by name) were the right people, and considering the campaign results, we consider it a success:


  • the ability to serve ads to an audience consisting 100% of potential customers for the business, as well as to report which companies showed interest
  • validation from the LinkedIn Ads Account Manager, who monitored the execution and application of best practices in running the campaign.
  • the ability to transparently report and present to the PlanDelta team how every single lev of the invested budget was spent.
