About Variant Agro Bulgaria
Variant Agro Bulgaria is the official and exclusive representative of Variant Agro Stroy – a Ukrainian metalworking company whose core business is the production and sale of agricultural equipment: grain storage silos, transport equipment, as well as irrigation systems and trailers.
The company has been present on the Bulgarian market since 2021 and is a trusted partner of farmers from various regions across the country. It has successfully completed numerous agricultural projects, including the delivery and installation of irrigation systems, the supply of agricultural attachments (trailers), and projects for grain storage silo facilities.
The Challenge: Entering the Bulgarian Market
The company is well known in the markets of Ukraine and Eastern Europe and is one of the largest metalworking businesses in the region. However, upon entering the Bulgarian market, it faced the challenge of establishing its brand and product range (silos, irrigation systems, grain trailers) while competing with numerous Bulgarian and international manufacturers and suppliers.
